Concertos
AS if all that wasn’t challenging enough, when I really feel like putting myself in the spotlight, I take the opportunity to perform concertos with local orchestras and have, in recent years, played the Schumann and Haydn C major concertos with Alderley Edge Orchestra and Skipton Camerata respectively and, lately, the Brahms Double Concerto with St Helens Sinfonietta. Next year I hope to have the opportunity to return to Skipton to perform Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations and also to find a willing band of musicians with whom to perform Dvorak.
